Dis-Chem: Nail Technician Learnerships 2024

A Nail Technician Learner position is available with Dis-Chem Pharmacies in their Centurion Region. The Nail Technician Learner will assist in providing professional customer service while learning about the many nail treatments that Dis-Chem offers.

Responsibilities:

When interacting with consumers, follow Dis-Chem’s policies and procedures.
Inform management of client praises and grievances.
Daily promote Dis-Chem products to potential and current clients.
Give clients a fantastic and enduring salon experience.
Together with management, run promotions each month.
To keep up with new products, treatments, and/or service methods, attend training sessions.
Complete customer cards for new clients after each treatment or service.
accurately fill out and submit daily or weekly customer questionnaires.
Follow Dis-Chem guidelines for care and assistance payment methods.
Follow Dis-Chem’s merchandising guidelines.
Maintain inventory in accordance with Dis-Chem policies.
Inform management of any shortages, damage, and expired stock.
Requirements:

12th grade, matriculation, or senior certificate
