JOB OVERVIEW
Our warehouse team is responsible for handling goods, managing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently. As part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and safety while meeting daily targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
While responsibilities may vary depending on the specific role, general duties include:
General Workers:
Assist with loading and unloading goods
Move stock within the warehouse
Support different departments as needed
Follow instructions from supervisors
Cleaners:
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, offices, and common areas
Dispose of waste safely and efficiently
Ensure hygiene standards are met at all times
Packers:
Pack goods accurately and efficiently
Label and prepare items for shipment
Inspect products for quality before packing
Drivers:
Transport goods safely to designated locations
Ensure timely deliveries
Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance
Follow all traffic laws and company policies
Machine Operators:
Operate warehouse machinery and equipment
Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
Report any faults or maintenance needs
Forklift Operators:
Safely operate forklifts to move stock
Load and unload pallets
Follow strict safety guidelines
Warehouse Assistants:
Assist with stock control and organization
Support receiving and dispatch operations
Maintain accurate records
Inventory Clerks:
Track stock levels and update systems
Conduct regular stock counts
Report discrepancies
Dispatch & Receiving Staff:
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Verify goods against documentation
Coordinate with drivers and other departments
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. Requirements may differ slightly depending on the role, but generally include:
Grade 10 or Matric certificate
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (advantageous but not required)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime
Additional Requirements for Specific Roles:
Valid driver’s license (for Drivers)
Valid forklift license (for Forklift Operators)
