Our Three-year Artisan Learnership Program is an enrichment application for the neighborhood and will allow you to advance abilities with school room and on-the-job/core coaching at at Amandelbult Mine.
This Program will allow you to maximize your workable alongside with a tailor-made graph to grant you with a future to make a difference. As you growth via your Artisan learnership program, we will assist you find out your actual functionality and advance your capabilities as an Artisan.
Location: Amandelbult Mine
Training Program Structure:
1st year: Institutional education at ESTC, Engineering Skills Training Centre.
2nd year: On-the-job/core coaching at Mogalakwena Mine.
3rd year: Complete alternate test
Minimum Entry Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science and English (all with minimal 40% pass),
Or N2 or greater with all topics as per the particular Discipline Requirements
Or NCV Level – four in terrific exchange with all topics exceeded with a minimal 40% pass.
Trade Test Requirements:
Any of the following:
A minimal of N2 Subjects/ certificates with relevant topics for the applicable alternate as specified.
Mathematics
Engineering Science
Relevant Trade Theory
Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings or Plating Structural Drawings.
NCV Level – four in splendid exchange with all topics surpassed with a minimal 40% pass.

Learnership Conditions:
Must be organized to work on surface, open pit ‘dusty areas’.
Work in accordance to work agenda of region and should maybe contain working shifts.
Must be a South African Citizen
Must pass by the applicable psychometric assessment.
Must have correct written and verbal verbal exchange competencies in English.
