Responsibilities:

Keep song of all incoming and outgoing archives and handing of mall.
Ensure completeness and adherence to timeframe of utility archives acquired from Regional Offices.
Check completeness and adherence to timeframe of software archives obtained from Regional Office.
Filing of all license utility documents and files in accordance to the National Archive Act.
Ensure that the storeroom is properly managed, and files are secure and without difficulty reachable in accordance to the Minimum Information Security Standards.
Handle of every day queries with regards to software or file request.
Render an administration assist provider to the Directorate
Requirements:

Grade 12 certificates (NQF Level 4)
1 12 months clerical / admin experience
Knowledge of: Administrative manner and policy. Knowledge of petroleum industry. Archive Act.

Computer skills,
Interpersonal skills,
Ability to interpret and follow legislation
Thinking Demands: Information evaluation, analytical thinking.
