Mogalakwena Mine is hereby inviting functions for Engineering Exposure Training. First desire will be given to applicable purposes from host communities. Our Three-year Artisan Learnership Program is an enrichment software for the neighborhood and will allow you to advance competencies with study room and on-the-job/core education at Mogalakwena Mine.

This Program will allow you to maximize your manageable alongside with a tailor-made diagram to furnish you with a future to make a difference. As you growth thru your Artisan learnership program, we will assist you find out your actual functionality and improve your competencies as an Artisan.

Training Program Structure:

1st year: Institutional coaching at ESTC, Engineering Skills Training Centre.
2nd year: On-the-job/core coaching at Mogalakwena Mine.
3rd year: Complete alternate test
Minimum Entry Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy), Physical Science and English (all with minimal 40% pass),
Or N2 or greater with all topics as per the precise Discipline Requirements
Or NCV Level – four in terrific change with all topics handed with a minimal 40% pass.
Trade Test Requirements:

Any of the following:

A minimal of N2 Subjects/ certificates with relevant topics for the applicable alternate as specified.
Mathematics
Engineering Science
Relevant Trade Theory
Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings or Plating Structural Drawings.
NCV Level – four in excellent alternate with all topics surpassed with a minimal 40% pass.

Learnership Conditions:

Must be organized to work on surface, open pit ‘dusty areas’.
Work in accordance to work time table of vicinity and may want to per chance contain working shifts.
Must be a South African Citizen
Must pass by the applicable psychometric assessment.
Must have appropriate written and verbal conversation abilities in English.
