Afriguard Arranges Training (SHE, 1stAid, Fire Fighting)
Afriguard Ensures all employees, visits and guard force on site are inducted
Ensure Sherq inspections on sites are conducted monthly and Sherq meetings are conducted
- Ensure Toolbox Talks are conducted daily, weekly, and monthly registered and kept on file
- Arrange with site manager for training of employees, develop a skills matrix
- Ensure employee are conducting inspection and making sure registers are filled out
- Ensure all legal appointments are made and up to date
- Ensure all PPE stock issued is recorded on issue registers
- Maintain Audit schedule, ensure all findings are closed out
- Logging non-conformances ensuring that investigations are documented
- Ensure all client safety files are audited and approved before work commence
- Assist with accident investigations and determine the root cause of the problem
- Ensure fire drills are conducted
- Advise the Sherq Manager and Health & Safety Officer on all related matters
- Conduct Hazard Identification and risk assessment, recommend risk mitigating controls to the management team
- Internal Quality Audits in accordance with the Company Audit Plan – Branch Audits
- Check and analyse Inspection Lists – H&S & QMS
- Updating of the Action Register, distribute to relevant
- Report discrepancies and actions required
- Follow up on outstanding submissions
- Random Alcohol Testing
- Safety Briefings
- Assist with Work Instructions (maintain, update, and simplify)
- Assist with Forms (maintain, update, and simplify)
- Assist with Procedures (maintain, update, and simplify)
- Statutory Requirements (expiry dates, ordering of new posters, legislation database, etc.)
- Assist with Branch Audits
- Issue CAR’s and follow up, close and report
- Internal Training for Ops Managers and Supervisors on the QMS system
- WhatsApp Groups
- Driving / Safety / Firearm Tips
- Record Keeping of all submissions and issues
- Purchase Orders
- Quotes
- Maintain all relevant Registers (including legal register) and Checklists
- Monitor submissions of feedback
